We were able to get the facebook page launched yesterday and the response has been nothing short of amazing! We are nearing 200 likes and so many wonderful friends and family have shared the information on their page as well.

The most remarkable and mind blowing thing? In less than 24 hours, we have received $525.00 in donations. This has been such a humbling experience already for our whole family. Thank you all for your thoughts, prayers and love.That brings our total now to: $2,393.21. If you're keeping track - we need to turn in $5,500 by December 1 and another $5,500 by April 1, 2014. The total cost is $12,000 and we've already turned in $1,000 so the current total will apply to the $5,500 we need to turn in by December. We're almost halfway to the December goal and 1/4 way to the final goal -- HOORAY!

As you can see from the photo – Atticus is hard at work on thank you letters/notes. He doesn’t quite understand how the fundraising works but he knows a lot of nice people are helping him get his service dog.
